QUALITY MISSION STATEMENT
JC Williams Inc. is committed to the pursuit of excellence in the provision of property
maintenance services to all sectors. Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Quality
management has been identified as a major component to achieve this aim and as a consequence,
quality principles established by JC Williams Inc. will ensure continuity in the provision
of services to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements.
All members of the JC Williams team will play a role in quality management. It is imperative
that the team ensures that work is completed at an adequate level of quality from individual
work packages to project completion.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We understand that service excellence is an attitude that begins and ends with our service
staff to our management team. We believe that it is essential to go beyond simply delivering
a product or service to establish long lasting relationships. We believe in providing a
unique customer experience by proactively anticipating our customers’ needs and expectations
and exceeding them, every time. Excellence is a consistent, premium service delivered at every
pass.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
To ensure all tasks, processes, and documentation are compliant a project manager is assigned
to each project and is responsible for implementing a quality management plan for each and every
project. The Project Manager will work with all appropriate parties to establish acceptable
quality standards and time lines and will be responsible for communicating and tracking all
quality standards to the project team and clients representative’s.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control for the various projects will utilize well-kept and newer machinery, tools and
techniques to ensure that all project deliverables comply with approved quality standards.
To meet the strictest standards, requirements and expectations we continually look for and develop
industry-leading methods and seek out innovative equipment.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance for all projects will ensure that all processes used in the completion of the
project meet acceptable quality standards. These process standards are in place to maximize
project efficiency and on time completions with an emphasis on safety and minimal waste.
Quality control for the various projects will utilize tools and techniques for ensuring that
all project deliverables comply with approved quality standards. To meet deliverable requirements
and expectations, we must implement a formal process in which quality standards are measured and
accepted. The Project Manager will ensure all quality standards and quality control activities
are met.

JC Williams provides our services all over Southern Alberta including Airdrie,
Bragg Creek, Calgary, Cochrane, Foothills, High River, Kananaskis, Okotoks,
Turner Valley, Southern Alberta, Banff, Canmore and many other towns and
cities.
